Channel M Building

BACKGROUND
Channel M, Vancouver's newest television station, is located in a stately brick building in the heart of the city's bustling Chinatown. It's difficult to imagine what this building looked like just over a year ago when the station's owners undertook major renovations before moving into the five-story, 37 000 square foot structure.

Internally, the transformation meant more that $1 million in renovations to create space for administration, production and a street-level studio. Externally, it meant removing nearly twenty years of city grime. When Vancouver's All West Cleaning Services was called upon to clean and seal the building's exterior, they knew just which sealer to bring along.
